HI, I'M ROSA
Well, sort of.
I actually go by my middle name, Patricia. After a bit of a hiccup with a language service provider, I had to go by Rosa and the name stuck. If you want to know the whole story, you can check out this video.
Languages and communication have always been my passion. I would've never imagined that I could make a profitable living by doing what I love most, but that's what I get to do every day!
I’m a native Spanish speaker and was fluent in English and French by the age of 18. I also learned basic Japanese while living in Okinawa. With my language background, I opted to get a degree in hospitality which allowed me to work with people from all walks of life and travel to many countries.
Moving to the United States was a pivotal moment both personally and professionally. Shortly after, I realized that the community of individuals with limited English proficiency was largely underserved. I also realized that my bilingual skills alone were not enough to be an interpreter, so I began taking classes and pursuing my certifications.
Since then, it has become my mission to put my skills to good use and help level the playing field by providing quality language access when it's needed the most. It took over ten years (with many ups and downs along the way!), but I’ve been able to prove my skills through my hard-earned credentials, and I now run a successful business from my little office (closet turned office, hehe) in the Sunshine State.

I feel incredibly grateful that I’ve achieved many of my biggest dreams. Now I want to help interpreters like you do the same by sharing my best trade secrets, mindset tips, strategies, knowledge, and experience to support you on your journey.
It won’t always be easy. I know it can feel overwhelming and intimidating (even scary!) because I’ve been there.
You should also know that if you decide to conquer your fears and move forward, you’ll be incredibly grateful that you did. You have the power to turn your dreams into a reality!
